Mice On Ice

512I like to post about all kinds of books. Mice on Ice by father/daughter team Ed and Rebecca Emberley is one of Holiday House’s “I Like to Read” line and is notable for its bright, wonky illustrations that more than make up for the controlled vocabulary. If you like mice with earmuffs, ice skates and magical etchings that conjure up a friendly cat, this book is for you.

This book focuses on -ice and -at word families, outdoor skating and fabulous colours.
