Pajama Time

With distinct rhythm and rhyme, Sandra Boynton gets everyone in their jammies and dancing.  This is a fun read for young kids and a great book for pajama day at school. Start a chant and a parade.  See if you can follow the steps in the book:  “Pajammy to the left. Pajammy to the right…”  How about choreographing a new pajama dance?

Tell your favorite pajama stories–everyone has them.  The time Grandpa went sleepwalking outside in his crazy long underwear or the time you went to school with your pajamas on under your clothes because you were so tired you forgot to take them off.  Once one person starts, others will remember their stories.

One of our absolute favorites!! I sing it to my kids, in some strange and made up song…but they love it!
